Will my items arrive all at once?
If you ordered multiple items from our store, it’s likely that they’ll be shipped from both our Fulfilment Centre and Partner Providers. This means you will receive separate parcels, possibly at different times and dates.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be issued to you via an email notification or via app.
My order hasn’t arrived…what’s going on?
On occasion, our carriers may experience delays in transit. This is normal and mostly due to unforeseen circumstances in the delivery journey. Just keep an eye on your tracking details or contact the carrier for delivery network updates.
I need to return an item. Is there a time limit?
After receiving your item you will have 30 days to return an item.
Is return postage covered?
If the item you wish to return is damaged or faulty, then postage will be covered by us. However, if it’s a change of mind return, postage will be a flat rate of $14.95.
Can I return a Bulky Item?

I received the wrong item! What do I do now?

Can I get a refund if I used Afterpay, Klarna, or Zippay?
Unfortunately, you are not eligible for a refund with Buy now - Pay Later payments. You are only eligible for exchange or store credit (this is due to the cost we incur for offering these services on our website). The good news is that you get 110% Store Credit.
How do PayPal refunds work?
Simple. Your refund will be credited to your PayPal account.
How long will it take to get my refund?
How long your refund takes and how it is processed depends on the payment method you used when you placed your order. To find out more, we recommend checking in with your payment provider on their current processing times.
